I was just wondering if you are able to perform rhinoplasty and chin augmentation under local anaesthetic?

I would really like these procedures but I have a phobia of being put to sleep.

Answer

Whilst I would consider chin augmentation under your local anaesthetic, as far as rhinoplasty goes, I believe only some small alterations would be suitable for local anaesthesia.

I would be happy to see you in consultation and evaluate your needs, but I'm not sure that I would be able to assist you in particular if the surgery contemplated for the nose is more extensive.
