Can you shape a roman nose?

Answer

Yes indeed, any type of nose can be adjusted though rhinoplasty / surgical nose job to create a better balance with the facial features.

I use in most instances a computer simulation with standard photographs to evaluate your targets for change, and explain what is realistic, what is aesthetically balanced and make sure that the treatment plan corresponds to your aspirations.

You need to bear in mind however that the outcome of surgery will always be somewhat different from the computer image.
