How long should I wait to have a blepharoplasty redone?

Question

I had my lower eyelids done in September 2010 but it didn't work.

How long should I leave it before I have them redone?

Answer

I would suggest the minimum of a year before undertaking a secondary lower eyelid blepharoplasty, but that needs to be qualified depending on whether there is still significant scar tissue around the corners of the eyes which may need to soften.
