How much is fat transfer on the face, can it be done under local anaesthetic and how long does it last?
Fat transfer can be done under local anaesthetic or local anaesthetic with intravenous sedation. I would prefer the latter or a general anaesthetic for your com fort.
It is described as lasting between 3 and 5 years. My impression is that in some areas of the face like the cheek mound or chin, the results last longer than for instance in the nasolabial lines or lips.
