Question

I have heard of filling this area with fat, is this painfull and what is the cost of it?

Answer

It does depend on the nature of the dark circles under the eyes. If there is a strong depression also, as seen in a deep tear trough, fat transfer can improve the appearance by levelling out the contours better.

It would not necessarily change the pigmentation around the eyes, which can sometimes be improved with topical medication (creams), laser or chemical peels.

Fat transfer in general is not a painful procedure.
