Question

I am overweight, however most of the fat is in my legs which makes me heavy. I currently weigh 23 stones, I am 18 and 6ft tall. I have a naturally large frame.

I have tried countless diets and exercise regimes but the weight in my legs is still not moving. I would like to know if it would be possible to have the fat removed by liposuction either by vaser or laser which ever is easier and more effective.

I also have gynecomastia which consists of a lot of breast tissue and will also need surgery for this.

I feel this is the right time to do this, please send quotes and prices for the work that needs to be done.

Answer

With your current weight, it is unlikely that liposuction will give you a truly satisfactory improvement.

One of the options is to discuss with a bariatric surgeon regarding the option of weight loss surgery, which also has the advantage of giving you better life long control of risks related to high cardiovascular disease, asthma, diabetes.
