I have always had dark circles since a child but have recently noticed a build up of fatty sacs which give an overall look of tiredness. Would surgery improve this problem?

Answer

Surgery is the most likely answer, but if the problem is mild, injectable fillers can have a masking effect of the fatty tissue volume, by enhancing the deep circles below them.
