I have had two previous surgeries on my nose and I still feel I need more tip definition but apparently due to thick skin I have and scar tissue this isn't possible, can i send you photo's and details ?

Answer

In general terms, it is possible to enhance the definition of the nasal tip in most people, and there are differences in the procedures required.
