I have been born with one breast muscle significantly smaller than the other one, in fact it looks like bottom half of my breast is missing.

Can your surgery help me with a problem like this?

What you describe seems to be the Poland's syndrome, and surgery has a place in improving the appearance and symmetry.

In some situations this is also suitable for NHS treatment.
