I have recently turned 18 and I would love to have a nose job.

My nose is quite big and long, it really ruins my face. I was wondering is there some kind of financial plan as I am a student and it would not be possible for me to pay the money upfront that quickly.

Answer

I am afraid to say that for the time being I do not have the option of a payment plan for the surgical fees. I do believe that larger organisations have this option, although in general terms it is advisable to think carefully about starting debt for the purpose of cosmetic surgery.
