I really want a nose job, all my life at school I've been teased, my nose makes me ugly it's sooo big I just want to be pretty.

Anyway, I'm 16 now but when I'm 18 I'm lookin to get one beacause I don't need my parents approval, around how much would it cost though ? I probably won't go university so I can pay for it :)

Your money is certainly better spent on going to the University then any cosmetic surgery :-)

Indeed, with regards to surgery of the nose I prefer to do the interventions after the age of 18, which corresponds to a more advanced development of the facial features.
