I want a direct neck lift.

I live in England but cannot find a clinic who does this procedure.

Answer

The direct neck lift intervention is suitable for elderly patients, or patients with significant medical problems that would not be able to have other types of neck lift intervention carried out safely.

In general terms, even major changes for the neck contour can be achieved with alternative treatments that have more limited and better disguised scars.
