I want to get the bridge of my nose made a bit wider. My nose, all in all, is a nice nose but I've always wanted a wider bridge, kind of a broken nose but without being more to one side or the other, just wider.

Is this kind of procedure possible and if so, what are the costs?

Answer

The options regarding widening the bridge of the nose include:

• Surgical enhancement using your own tissues

• Surgical enhancement using biological materials from a different source

• Injectable fillers (in my practice only temporary but some people also use permanent ones)

I would suggest that through a consultation using 3-D imaging and planning you can decide whether this type of change could be of benefit to you. The costs related to the treatment depend on the type of intervention used.
