I would like information on a less invasive type of facelift I can have under local anaesthetic.

Answer

A short scar facelift can be carried out under local anaesthetic, although more frequently this would be local anaesthetic with intravenous sedation.

Pure local anaesthetic interventions can be more stressful to the patient, and the blood pressure control its poorer, so there is a slightly higher chance of leading.

Skin tightening facelifts which are typically secondary facelifts can also be carried out under local anaesthetic.
