I would like to enquire about sliding genioplasty and/ or buccal fat removal to give a more sculpted appearance to my face.

If the genioplasty is only for augmentation without specific vertical change, I prefer to use Medpor chin implants, because of the multi-directional expansion of the chin.

Frequently, a combination of chin augmentation and volume reduction in the cheeks and jawline can create a more sculpted appearance of the face. For the volume reduction the alternatives include buccal fat reduction and liposuction.

Overall, my recommendation would be to start with the consultation using 3-D imaging and simulation, in order to better appreciate the type and extent of changes that would make you feel you have achieved your goals. Based on this, it is possible to identify the types of procedures that can address your concerns, and also to determine the range of changes that is achievable.
