My head is slightly dis-proportional in the sense that it is small (not a deformity) and I would like to somehow increase the size, is there a way?

Answer

I am afraid I am not familiar with any surgical option of this type apart from relatively extensive skull remodelling which would be impossible to justify for this indication.
