I am a 27 year old coloured female. I would like to undergo secondary rhinoplasty as the surgeon did not achieve the desired result. Please sent me the prices for the procedure . I would also like to see a 3d imaging of my nose.

A 3-D planning for the procedure is indeed very helpful in the context of ethnic rhinoplasty, as sometimes the changes at the top of the bridge of the nose as well as the reshaping for the nostrils are more difficult to evaluate on standard photographs.

Most of the time, for this type of surgery I end up using rib cartilage graft, as it is a good material in terms of versatility and availability, but does involve a scar in the crease under the right breast.
