I'm 15 years old and I HATE my nose. It's long, and the tip is fat. Sometimes it looks nice in pictures but I'll go look in the mirror and it's actually awful! I like the likes of Britney's nose which goes straight down if you understand? And Katy Perry's, which with my nose I think would be a more achievable look.

Am I too young for a consultation? I feel I have nice big eyes, but my nose is masking them and I also don't like my lips that much. (They seem to have collapsed since braces have come out) but it doesn't bother me as much as my nose!

I just want a nice nose... Do you recommend I go?

I typically refrain from aesthetic rhinoplasty surgery before the age of 18, because of the additional changes in the shape of the face that occur during the late teenage years. I know this sounds cruel to you at present, but is likely to spare you other words later on.

I would be happy to see you in consultation together with one of your parents, and outline possible changes, to give you a direction, but as far as I'm concerned I would not be able to offer you surgery for the time being.
