I had a rhinoplasty about 7 years ago and first it was ok.
Now my tip of the nose is not looking good, it droops more on one side and you can see into my nose, I don't like it.
I am looking for advice and would like to know if this can be fixed?
From the description, a repeat intervention seems necessary, although it may be possible to improve on the shape also without surgery, just using injectable fillers. This however is a temporary solution.
Correcting the nostril rim retraction will require most likely cartilage grafts, as will the support of the nasal tip. This is more frequently done with cartilage from the nasal septum, but if this has already been used but the time of your first operation an alternative source of cartilage may need to be chosen.
