What surgery can make me look more feminine? I currently look like a man.

I think the best approach is to use a consultation with 3-D imaging and planning related to what type of procedure is our most likely to generate a softening effect for the face.

In some instances one dominant characteristic needs to be changed to create the effect, whereas in others several smaller changes can work together to this effect. The question is to open ended to be able to touch on all variations, and a consultation would be more appropriate.
