Will buccal fat removal make my acne scars look worse?
If the acne scars are in the central part of the cheek, removing some of the tension of the skin through buccal fat reduction might make them more visible, although it is impossible to be sure beforehand.
If the acne scars are situated more on the side of the nose and front of the cheek it is unlikely that they would be influenced by buccal fat reduction.

Do you need to be botox free before blepharoplasty?
Would it be possible to remove just a part of the filler from upper lip with hyaluronidase?
