Is it possible to achieve the look of a celebrity?

If I showed a picture of a celebrity and told my surgeon that I wanted to achieve this look rather than a natural one, would they have to imply or could they choose to reject if it was to unnatural?

Also with buccal fat removal, could you expect drastic results with it or is it a natural change because I've seen before and after photos on the Internet and they don't seem to look like the results I expect as I have very big cheeks.

Most certainly creating a replica of someone else's features is not possible, but other people's photographs are sometimes useful to appreciate the trend and orientate the treatment plan.

My approach is generally to use 3-D imaging and simulation to evaluate the degree of change that patients seek and based on that to clarify whether it is indeed possible through surgery, and what type of interventions may be required.

The changes related to buccal fat reduction are indeed more limited and for significance adjustments of the facial contours a combination of liposuction and buccal fat reduction is commonly necessary.

Another consideration is related to the size of the jawline and chin, both of which may be too small to create the effect that you seek, in which case then can sometimes be incorporated in the treatment plan.
