Is it possible to make a really big change to a wide nose with bulbous tip or will it always be rather big?

My nose probably needs some lengthening as well since there's too much space between the nose and the upper lip. Do you think that this is possible?

The width of the nasal tip can be related to the shape of the cartilages, the thickness of the soft tissues, or a combination of the two. Both can be influenced significantly, as it is often demonstrated in ethnic rhinoplasty interventions.

It is also possible to produce some lengthening of the nose, and to understand the characteristics of the change that you wish to achieve I would typically use computer imaging and simulation during the consultation.

There is no doubt that when it comes to definition of the nasal tip, a thinner skin envelope represents an advantage, but it also has the disadvantage of showing even minute irregularities which would not show under a moderate or thicker skin.
