Question

I am looking for a surgeon to perform a rhinoplasty for me. Many years ago my nose was damaged and my whole profile from the front view has changed, my nose seems to have depressed and splayed.

Is there anything that you think you could do regarding this?

Answer

Your description suggests a "boxer nose deformity" situation which often means that the nasal septum has also been damaged.

I would be happy to see you in consultation and evaluate the situation, and in scenarios where the septum is damaged, I often use rib cartilage craft to reconstruct the support framework of the nose.

To start with, at the time of the consultation it is possible to use computer imaging and decide what type of reshaping would be most suitable for your aesthetic vision and facial characteristics.
