Question

Can you carry out nose surgery (straightening and tip and width reduction) under local anaesthetic, because I do not want to be put to sleep.

Answer

I have never carried out nasal tip reshaping surgery under a local anaesthetic, and I would not be comfortable doing so because I believe it would be too traumatic to the patient.
