Do older surgeons tend to think its ok for a guy to have a 'drooping' tipped nose as long as its not on a girl? ... this seems old fashioned to me ... whats your opinion?

Answer

The concepts regarding nasal reshaping for men have evolved indeed, and nasal length is considered to be adequate when the angle between the underside of the nose and upper lip is open rather then 90° or less for men as well as women.

In particular, this becomes relevant on a three-quarter view, or when smiling.
