Question

Do you have experience on removing silicone implants using the "en bloc" method?

I am keen to have mine removed with the capsule intact.

Answer

Yes I have sometimes removed silicon implants together with the capsule.

You do have to appreciate however that it will lead to some thinning of the breast tissue.
