Do you perform surgery for correction of breathing problems? If so, is there any of them that you wouldn't treat?
I normally address breathing problems related to septal deviation and problems related to the inferior turbinates when dealing with rhinoplasty intervention.
If you I looking for correction of breathing problems in association with the sinuses, or independent of rhinoplasty, I would advise that you approach an ENT surgeon that focuses on rhinology.
