Approximately, how much would it cost for a fat transfer from the flanks to the buttock region?

I'm 18 and weigh 8.5st if that means anything at all.

Answer

In general terms, the type of treatment that you mention qualifies as a large volume fat transfer. One of the obvious considerations is that there should be sufficient volume to remove from the flanks to provide fatty tissue for a suitable contouring of the buttock region.
