How old would you have to be to get a nose job? And does it make an actual difference in the results?

Answer

I usually advise waiting until after the age of 18 for the rhinoplasty, not because it cannot be done earlier, but because of the continued facial changes through the late teenage years.

Body image changes with these facial changes, and the outcome that you seek from your surgery is also likely to evolve.
