Question

I am 16 years old and I am really considering rhinoplasty to correct the bump in my nose.

Would I be able to get it done at this age as it would make a huge difference to me, but I am willing to wait if it would cause other problems to my face.

I would just like to know your advice.

Answer

Although it is fair to say that the development of the nose is close to finished around the age of 16, facial changes are still quite active at this stage.

I prefer to carry out rhinoplasty surgery after the age of 18, when facial changes tend to slow down.
