I am 43 and have noticed that the bottom of my face and jawline seem to have become fuller, making me look old, and around my cheekbones are saggy. What procedure should I be looking at to reduce the fat at my jawkine and fill out my face at my cheekbones?
If the neck contour is good, it sounds like the combination of treatments that could assist would be either a short scar facelift and fat transfer to the cheekbone area, or, if the skin quality is very good, liposuction to the jawline and fat transfer to the cheekbone.
If the neck contour can also benefit from improvements, potentially a neck lift procedure combined with fat transfer to the cheekbone area may be the answer.
Ideally, using 3-D photography and simulation you would be able to clarify the type and amount of change that you seek, and this would allow me to give you more targeted guidance regarding the procedure or combination of procedures most likely to assist you.
