I am 15 and have a deep groove running from my philtrum to my nasal columella and I don't know anyone else with quite as deep a one as mine.
I am interested in a non-permanent dermal filler to correct this. I know that the recommended age for rhinoplasty is 18 but the dermal filler lasts around 9 months (so I've heard) and I don't think my nose will change that rapidly in that area.
I have parental consent, is it possible to have it done and also do you use dermal fillers on patients?
If you are referring to a horizontal line at the base of the columella, in principle it is possible to attenuate it using dermal fillers.
I would be happy to see you together with one of your parents in order to understand better the exact nature of the problem that bothers you, and explain the options available for correction.
