Question

I am interested in undergoing nose reshaping however I am mixed race and have not heard very good things about those who have undergone surgery in the UK.

Answer

In my experience so far, patient satisfaction with ethnic rhinoplasty has been good.

Overall, the process involves an assessment of your goals for the intervention which can be evaluated on a computer simulation either on standard photographs or in 3-D.

Based on this, it is possible to determine the type of intervention necessary, and feasibility.

Without doubt, the outcome of surgery will always be different from a computer simulation, but it is possible to come reasonably close to the project.

Most of the augmentation ethnic rhinoplasty is that I carry out are using rib cartilage graft.
