I have been looking into facial fat grafting, however, I have not come across any before and after photos from UK surgeons.

I was very impressed with your pictures, do you do full facial fat grafting and what long term effects can be achieved?

Answer

The extent of facial fat transfer treatments depends on the nature of the problem, and the aesthetic effect that you seek. It needs to be adapted to the characteristics of the skin to avoid a "puffed up" appearance.

There is general consensus that the fat transfer effects last usually approximately 5 years, with variations depending on weight fluctuations, smoking, and general health.

At the time of a consultation, and if necessary using 3-D imaging and simulation, it is possible to define the characteristics of the treatment.
