I had a rhinoplasty last year and I am not fully happy with the result.
I feel the upper part of my nose is too wide (where before it was too narrow) and in photos and most lighting conditions I see that there is not much definition to the upper part.
What would you recommend if my surgeon has advised he can carry out an osteotomy to attempt to narrow that part and that he thinks that I had a good result?
If your surgeon has advised that he is happy to do a small revision, there is scope to follow this course of action. The proposed treatment is logical if what you want to achieve is a narrower appearance of the upper third of the bridge.
You can always get a second opinion from a colleague if you are unsure.
