I have a long nose and would like more shape added to it?

Answer

General reduction of the size of the nose, including various degrees of shortening, de-projection and definition are part of the spectrum of rhinoplasty surgery.

In my practice the discussion start with a consultation involving computer imaging and evaluation of your target for a change, and based on this the decisions regarding type of surgery, discussions regarding risks and recovery.
