I have sacks under the place where I have seen pictures of bags, they are not bags but lower down to the left and right like on the top of my cheek bone.
Would the blepharoplasty get rid of these?
The problem that you are referring to is called malar oedema, and represents an accumulation of water in the tissues of the upper part of the cheeks.
Treatment of this problem is difficult, but there is evidence that when blepharoplasty for the lower eyelids is combined with cheek lifting, malar oedema can be significantly improved or completely corrected.
A simple blepharoplasty procedure would not be able to address these issues.
