I have tear trough deformity and dark undereye circles.

Is there any treatment or plastic surgery option?

Answer

Management of the tear trough and dark circles under the eyes includes

  • volume correction using either injectable filler or fat transfer

  • Improvement in the pigmentation which can be carried out to some extent using topical products and sometimes can also be achieved using laser treatments
