I have thin lower legs, how can I make them bigger?
Exercise, typically cycling can increase the bulk of the muscles in the lower legs and make them fuller.
In terms of surgical alternatives, calf implants are typically the procedure aimed at increasing the volume of the lower legs.
An alternative to calf implants is to use fat transfer, or injections of permanent filler, with somewhat less effect in terms of the increased lower leg girth.
