I think I have a small head, what surgery could contribute to making my head/face appear larger?

Answer

For a true expansion of the upper part of the head, craniofacial type interventions might be able to offer some answers, although this is not a typical indication.

For enhancement in the mid-face and lower face, additional procedures can operate changes along the lines that you have described.

At the time of the consultation, it is possible to evaluate on a computer simulation that the effect of some of these changes, and finalise your thoughts regarding treatment plan.
