Question

I was interested in getting cheek implants however I participate in contact sport ie boxing will this be a problem, also I'm currently 18 will I have to wait until I'm older as body and bone structure changing.

I suggest that the logical approach is to try and define the shape that you want to achieve, and this would be best done using 3-D photography and imaging of the changes.

The presence of facial implants is not necessarily conflicting with contact sports, and these treatments can be performed even early in life. However, it may be possible to use different treatments, possibly nonsurgical, as a first line approach, meaning that you can evaluate a temporary change before finalising your decision for something more permanent.
