I was just wondering ... I'm not sure when or how but I do have quite obvious symptoms of a broken nose.
The bridge of my nose is rounded on my right, and a sharp point on my left. I also have a sharp (maybe bone?) object 'wandering' around at the area in between the nostrils.
I often have nose bleeds when I'm not doing anything, and the slightest knock sets it off or causes great pain. What could this be?
Treatment for the nosebleeds is separate from rhinoplasty surgery. I would recommend that you see an ENT surgeon, and in most instances it is possible to cauterise under local anaesthetic the vascular patch inside the nose that is the source of bleeding.
With regards to the reshaping, what you describe in the area between the nostrils it is most likely due to a dislocation of the lower part of the nasal septum which needs to be reattached to the bone.
