Is it possible to make a person from south west Asia look more European?

If so, could the 3D imaging be used to show the possible outcome?

Answer

3-D imaging can be used to define some facial sculpting changes and better understand the elements that put together give you the result you seek or reasonably close to it.

Based on the 3-D imaging, it is possible to understand what surgical procedures can be used together for the desired outcome.
