Question

After losing nearly 3 stones, my face has become thin and very wrinkled.

Would fat transfer be of benefit and will the wrinkles smooth out once this is done?

Answer

The presence of wrinkles depends on several aspects including the facial volume, sun damage, age, smoking.

Restoring facial volume using fat transfer is an excellent way to improve the appearance of the facial contours and will certainly reduce the visibility of the facial wrinkles and lines, but will not usually eliminate them.
