Question

My friend had closed septo-rhinoplasty 5 days ago and the nose just looks fat from the front and nothing like it used to, will his nose stay like this? The proportions of his nose don't look right, he had a small hump on the bridge which was straightened using a rasp, but it looks like the surgeon flattened the nose, while trying to make it straight, is this just bruising?

It is impossible to answer this type of question based on a description, but unique to bear in mind that there is always swelling in the early stages after the surgery.

The best thing is to discuss your concerns with the surgeon that carried out the operation.
