Question

Is it possible to make my nose appear flatter? I also have a very prominent, wide nose tip, and the edges are very harsh and edgy.

My nose looks different from different angles; I have a good side and a VERY bad side. Could this sort of problem be worked on?

Answer

It seems to me that you are describing a boxy nasal tip shape, which is a common reason for nasal reshaping surgery.

I would suggest a consultation using 3D imaging and simulation, to allow you to evaluate the current shape and the desired change from variety of angles.

This allows for a more accurate plan and gives me the opportunity to define more clearly what I think is achievable.
