I've recently had liposuction on my outer thighs, which has made my butt sag more and produce wrinkling on the lower portion. Would a fat transfer help me to restore the area to its previous state?

Answer

Fat transfer is typically the procedure of choice to improve the appearance of areas that have become distorted by liposuction.

I wouldn't necessarily say that it would restore the exact appearance from before the surgery, but certainly it is possible to make the contour closer to the preoperative situation, as long as there is sufficient donor area for the fatty tissue.
