I have a few fairly shallow as well as small in diameter (1-3mm) facial scars from chickenpox. Would a scar excision be an effective treatment and if so, do you carry out this procedure? Many thanks!
Scar excision is not a good choice for this type of problem.
Scar subscision in combination with surface treatments or filler injections is likely to provide better results.
