Would you consider free surgery if the person can't afford it and it is really damaging their life and confidence?

Answer

I'm afraid I cannot afford to carry out free surgery in my practice, but I would suggest that you discuss your concerns with your GP.

In some situations, psychological counselling and surgery through the NHS, may be available, and it is certainly an avenue worthwhile exploring.
